Experienced Sous Chef needed for a historic, Grade II listed venue in the City of London. The venue hosts a huge change exhibitions, dinners and parties.
I am looking for a experienced Sous Chef with a high volume and fast paced Event Catering background. I am working with an exceptional venue in the heart of London. The ideal candidate will have high food quality standards, an eye for presentation, a passion for inspiring and developing your team, and genuine enthusiasm for all things food!
You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of all operations. Including the ordering of stock, food prep, team management, stock control, adhering at all times with health and hygiene regulations. You will train, develop, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation.
Experience of Canapes and Banqueting if a must.
