A beautiful hotel in a great location based in Jersey is looking for a sous chef to join the team. As sous chef you will be expected to be working closely a alongside the head chef to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen at all times.
You will have expected to manage the kitchen in regards to all aspects of the operation when the head chef is away from the business looking after stock take, running service, managing staff rota's. ensuring the kitchen is operating within food Hygiene and health & safety standards etc.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a 4* or 5* hotel as a sous chef and is driven to keep learning and developing further but also used to a high paced environment.
