We are looking for an enthusiastic sales candidate for the position of sales manager at a well-established health club in Ashton-Under-Lyne.
As the sales manager you will be responsible for the achievement of the membership revenue targets as well as be responsible for the development of the club's monthly sales and marketing plan. The role is a mixture of proactive and reactive selling as well as the ideal candidate needs to be able to continuously develop and motivate the sales team. You will need to be confident on the phone and in person as you will be dealing with a wide range of potential and current club members all of whom are very passionate and enthusiastic about their club. As such it is important that you have a passion and appreciation for health & fitness and secondly you will enjoy working to sales targets and have experience of achieving daily key performance indicators in terms of achieving a set number of daily contacts, arranging tours, making sure your team is hitting their sales numbers and generating referrals.
