Sales Manager - Hucknall, nr Nottingham
Up to 25K Basic - 28K OTE
Dur to an internal promotion my client is looking for a Sales Manager to work at a well established 2000 member health club offering a well equipped 100 station gym and comprehensive wetside facilities. The club benefits from high levels of walk in and referral business and consistently meets and exceeds its sales targets. As sales manager you will be hands on within the sales team whilst mentoring and coaching a team of two membership sales consultants.
The position is ideally suited to a senior sales consultant with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding their targets to step up into thir first sales management position or for an existing sales manager looking for a fresh challenge.
Responsibilities as the Sales Manager include:
- To take responsibility in contributing to the research, planning and delivery of lead generation initiatives that drives the achievement of new member targets.
- To manage daily KPI's order to achieve monthly target and ensure daily activity from the team are met.
- Continually improve your knowledge by keeping up to date with industry trends and seek further training and guidance from GM, Regional Sales Manager and National Support Departments.
You will be working a variety of shifts including weekends, and benefits of the job include free gym membership for you and your immediate family, and the potential for both monthly commission and career development.
Ideally we are looking for candidates from within the Health and Fitness industry with a proven track record of managing a team and hitting KPI's, but welcome all applications.
