Sales Manager - Boutique Fitness
I am looking for a sales manager to work for a very exciting new entrant to the boutique fitness market for their club in Manchester. As sales manager you will:
- Actively promote and market the club by attracting new members and customers
- Be highly proactive in generating and delivering on large volume marketing and sales activity plans
- Target both B2B and B2C through networking and proactive outreach
- Carry out sales tours and deliver an exceptional closing ratio
- Work closely with the GM and front of house team to deliver an exceptional member experience
Interested candidates must have a huge passion and enthusiasm for health and fitness and ideally be totally engaged in the boutique/class led premium fitness experience. You will need a minimum of 12 months B2B sales experience and have the drive, ambition and motivation to meet and exceed challenging sales targets. You will be required to work a combination of shifts including evenings and some weekends.
In addition to a competitive basic salary of up to 30K there is the opportunity to earn a further 10K with monthly paid commission.
