Sales Executive - Holiday Homes
Surrey £19,500 OTE £40-50K OTE
We are looking for a sales executive to work for one of the leading owners of holiday and residential parks in the country. As sales executive you will be selling a lifestyle product that is synonymous with quality, exclusivity and luxury. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential new owners by consistently following through on all enquiries and identifying potential upgrades with existing owners. We are keen to talk to candidates who have:
- Customer facing sales experience ideally in the caravan/holiday homes, car sales or estate agency.
- Results oriented, Focused and able to work well on own initiative
- Ability to manage a number of diverse tasks within deadlines
- Ability to build rapport quickly with a variety of individuals
- Able to manage time frames for completions with contractors and manufacturers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
In addition to a basic salary of £19,500, there is a highly competitive and genuine monthly paid commission scheme that provides and OTE of £40-£50,000.
