My client is currently looking for an experienced or up and coming Resort Manager to lead a great team at their stunning resort in Cornwall.
The resort currently has over 100 self-catering units, this year they have already embarked on a £3million refurbishment and enhancement plan of the estate.
The successful candidate will lead all team on resort including a 6 strong team of HOD's and will have 3 clear areas of focus
1. Customer Experience
Delivering amazing experiences for guests and owners by leading the team in line with the company culture and values.
2. Team Engagement
They strive for highly engaged teams at all of the properties, it is the resort manager in conjunction with their HOD's that lead this crucial element to our success
3. Revenue & Return
Through a dynamic and strong approach to the first 2 points, the Resort Managers are required to deliver strong revenue, effectively manage resources and create a healthy return for the shareholders.
