This is a fantastic opportunity to assume strategic, operational and commercial responsibility for a number of diverse leisure facilities in Buckinghamshire as a Regional Manager for a dynamic and progressive leisure operator.
The remuneration includes a competitive basic salary of up to £60,000, annual bonus, contributory pension and healthcare plus the opportunity to grow and develop within this dynamic business committed to developing and progressing their internal talent.
You will lead, coach, develop and drive your team of General Managers to achieve great things day to day with equal focus on commercial, operational, product and service delivery. Your goal is to deliver a great customer experience and maximise participation across multiple areas of income generation whilst keeping cost control in check. You will also work proactively to build strong relationships within the local area with relevant community, sports and corporation organisations to encourage greater usage of their facilities and services.
To be considered, you will already be working in the leisure industry as a Senior General Manager Regional Manager or Area Manager managing a multi-million, multi-faceted business. Experience of delivering community strategy and working with multiple stakeholders would also be a distinct advantage.
