Recruitment Consultant Sports & Leisure - up to 35K basic OTE 55K

Battersea Park

On the back of multiple new contract wins we are looking for a additional recruitment consultant to join the the market leader in fitness and commercial leisure recruitment, based in Battersea Park, established for 20 years and employing 40 staff. We can offer the successful recruitment consultant an exceptional platform to be successful, well-established accounts in health and fitness and commercial leisure with unrivalled access to candidate databases and a huge advertising budget to ensure we can consistently deliver great candidates for our clients. As an example every consultant is hitting their target this month and will be paid between £1k and £3.5K in commission alone. Commision is payable one month in arrears.

I am keen to meet candidates who love sport and leisure, are highly organised with great interpersonal, communication and organisational skills who the skills and ability to sell in our range of recruitment solutions to clients in the health and fitness and commercial leisure sectors. Ideally educated to degree level with 3 years managerial experience in either as a managerial position within the leisure industry or a B2B sales position your target markets will be health and fitness and commercial leisure.

Interviews are immediately available; our offices are 1 minute from Battersea Park Station, easily accessible as it's just one stop from both Clapham Junction and London Victoria.
