My client is an award winning lettings solution provider. They currently run various lettings on behalf of schools and local authorities in different locations across the UK. This is a company that prides themselves on their people and are always prepared to invest time and resource in developing their staff. They are now in the market for a New Openings Manager. The Package will be up to 27k and the benefits include travel provisions and flexible working hours.
As a New Openings Manager you will proactively project manage new sites and build solid relationships with all those involved in the process. Days will vary with site meetings, project management work and managing operational compliance work. Operational compliance would include carrying out risk assessments, following new site health and safety guidelines so a strong operational knowledge will be required. The position will involve regular travel between existing and new opening schools- so to be suitable for the role you could live anywhere from North London up to the Midlands
This exciting position will be suited to a strong manager who demonstrates great interpersonal skills and isn't afraid to challenge the 'norm'. If you have a back ground in operations or project management within leisure and have experience of opening new sites this could be the right role for you. Sport is heavily involved in my client's product so a passion for Sport will certainly be required.
