Our client; a leading health and fitness brand; is on a mission to deliver the best customer experience in the industry, and as such is looking to appoint a Learning and Development Manager to help embed this cultural shift, nurture their talent to become the best that they can be, and contribute to the overall success of the business.
The Learning and Development Manager will work closely with the directors and senior managers to identify the business needs, and develop, implement and facilitate learning and development programmes for all employees from front line to senior management. The Learning and Development Manager will ensure that the company works towards improving the knowledge, skills and behaviours of employees to create the right working environment to drive the business forward whilst developing their managers of the future.
To apply you will a proven success in delivering learning and development programmes ideally within the health and fitness, commercial leisure or hospitality industry. You will have an enthusiastic positive personality with outstanding written and verbal communications skills. You will be highly organized, can work independently and also collaboratively building trust within the organisation.
This post requires frequent travel around the North West of England so candidates must live within commuting distance of the Greater Manchester area.
