In House Recruiter up to 30K basic OTE 35K SW London
We're looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to work in house and take responsibility for the volume recruitment campaigns for an expanding operator within the health and fitness industry.
This is a stand alone position so you will take full responsibility for the the full recruitment life cycle, from drafting copy to placing adverts across multiple job-boards and social media platforms and proactively using linked in to generate a strong shortlist of candidates meeting the requirements of each position. You will be tasked with managing and running assessment centres and coordinating direct interviews with the hiring managers.
We are ideally looking for a minimum of 18 months agency or in house recruitment experience with the confidence and credibility to lead and direct the recruitment strategy. You will require strong organisation skills, be able to easily multitask and to manage your changing priorities throughout the working day.
The role will be varied and you will also get to support within the wider HR team and play a key role in the induction and on-boarding of new members of the team.
In addition to a competitive basic salary of up to 30K there will be an incentive scheme offering a performance related bonus of a further 5K. The position will be Monday to Friday, office hours only, benefits include 25 days holiday and free fitness membership.
