We are currently looking for a customer relations advisor to work in an industry leading fitness brand based in the heart of the city of London. As a customer relations advisor you will be customer focused and instrumental with not only retaining business but also developing new business. The role will provide extensive training in sales, customer service and company specific procedures.
This role will involve lots of telephone and admin work so please be ready for a fun-filled and action packed planning and service support role in a vibrant and energetic company. Appointment setting for new and existing customers, outbound calling, providing launch support, data information, customer insights and intelligence through proactive database and regional account management are all important elements of the role.
We are keen to talk to candidates who have a minimum of 2 years sales and admin experience. Ability to understand and follow sales & club performance processes and systems is essential for this role. We are looking for candidates who have extensive administration experience and skills, excellent attention to detail as well as someone who has the ability and desire to work in a fast paced, changing environment. The ability to build strong relationships, partnerships and to have first class interpersonal and communication skills is key.
