Head of Sales, Sussex Up to 55K basic OTE 85K
I am looking for a head of sales to work for a market leading supplier to the health and fitness and commercial leisure sector. In selling an outsourced management solution with a long lead time working at board level and demanding outstanding presentation and influencing skills you will be tasked with winning significant national accounts across these sectors. A strong and proven track record in selling software solutions or fitness equipment would be advantageous.
Extensive B2B sales experience within the leisure sector
- Responsibility for taking ownership for the leading prospect accounts
- Managing a team of regional sales managers
- Practical and proactive approach to problem solving, with excellent levels of accuracy and numeracy
- Have a can do attitude, can lead and inspire at all levels and who can work collaboratively across the wider business
Head Office is based in Sussex but nationwide travel is required so an ideal base location would be the South East. In addition to their market leading position in the sector my client is continuing to grow year on year through both acquisitions and organic growth providing excellent opportunities for future career development. In addition to a competitive basic salary of up to 65K there is the opportunity for a significant bonus, private healthcare and free gym membership.
