I am looking for a Head Chef / Kitchen Manager to take the reins of a wonderful city centre pub in Oxford. This unique pub is steeped in history, set over two levels with a fantastic garden, main bar and gorgeous Dining Room. The menu is traditional pub fayre with a big focus on daily Fish Specials.
The ideal candidate will have high food quality standards, an eye for presentation, a passion for developing their team, and genuine enthusiasm for all things food! As Head Chef, you will choose seasonal dishes from a large bank of dishes carefully created by the executive chef.
You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of all operations. Including the ordering of stock, food prep, team management, stock control, adhering at all times with health and hygiene regulations. You will train, develop, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation.
