A fantastic opportunity to take the reins of a brand new purpose built traditional site in Didcot near Oxford to help take Didcot by storm!
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering the highest food quality whilst managing high volumes of trade as this a food led site. If you have a passion for fresh feel good food then this is the role for you!
You will be responsible for the delivery of all kitchen operations including, the overseeing of all food ordering, food prep, team management, stock control, adhering with health and hygiene regulations whilst dedicating time to develop your team. You'll train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen's financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards and bonuses.
