Our client is a new breed of veterinary care, making care for animals more affordable and accessible in their new spacious high quality purpose built clinics which they are rapidly opening nationwide.
The General Manager is responsible for the operational and commercial performance of the clinic. They will work closely with the clinical team, customer care team and central support to ensure a high level of customer care and operational excellence at all times whilst maximizing revenue opportunities and ultimately EBITDA for the business.
