We are looking to recruit a General Manager for a market leading operator in the commercial leisure sector, a business that revolves around the delivery of excellent customer service over a large complex with multiple revenue streams employing a large team of full and part time staff.
To be considered you must have a strong general management background focused on driving a multi million turnover across reatil,commercial leisure, family entertainment or health and fitness, You must be able to demonstrate dynamic leadership that revolves around delivering outstanding customer service and a consistently great customer experience within a high footfall fast paced leisure business. You will be commercially astute and underpinned by the ability to drive operational standards and performance within a heavily branded environment with well-established operating systems and procedures. This is a hands on position and you will be required to work a combination of shifts during the week as well as 1 in 2 weekends when business will be at its peak trading.
In addition to a highly competitive basic salary of 55-58K there is a 50% bonus potential.
