Food and Beverage Manager
Up to £30k basic + bonus
We are currently working on a really exciting role, for a Food and Beverage Manager, to assist the Senior Management team in the day to day operations, and to manage all Food and Beverage staff and operation for a children's entertainment centre.
As the Food and Beverage Manager, ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years working in a similar role, preferably within hospitality or from a conference and banqueting background. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of great customer service and team management. You will be on the floor managing the team of Food and Beverage Staff, carrying out all training of the staff to ensure they are carrying out their duties in full. For this reason you must be a confident speaker and clear communicator, who is able to deal with staff and customers in a professional and courteous manner. It is essential that you have strong demonstrable experience in P&L, Rota Management, Stock Management, ordering, Food Hygiene and strategic planning in menu implementation.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-starter, motivated and energetic individual, with excellent leadership skills. It is essential that you have a clear understanding of Health and Safety, be able to work under immense pressure and meet deadlines on a daily basis. The hours are flexible and you will be expected to work evenings, weekends and holidays on a shift pattern basis.
