My client is looking for a Duty Manager who demonstrates excellent customer service and can help build their membership base. Sales experience is desirable. To get offered the job you'll have to be passionate about health and fitness and someone who has proven experience of working in a dynamic and fast paced environment you'll be responsible for the smooth running of the centre through member, customer and team interaction. That means everything from leading staff and maintaining quality standards in all areas resolving issues as quickly as possible. You'll also oversee health and safety.
Holding a NPLQ qualification is a must. As well as being organised and a confident communicator, you have leadership experience in a similar environment and understand the importance of being a team player. You bring enthusiasm, a passion for excellent customer service and a 'can-do' attitude.
