CRM Insight and Communications Manager- Leicester

We are looking for a CRM Insight and Communications Manager for one of the U.K.'s leading leisure operators to gain a better understanding of their customers and implement strategies to get more customers more active more often.
The CRM Insight and Communications Manager will play the lead role in CRM data analysis and interpretation, working closely with the senior product, digital, operational and marketing teams on strategy, then delivering the communication strategy to customers with the support of the regional communication teams.
This a newly created post and as such are looking for a seasoned CRM data analysis and marketing strategy specialist to support with the direction of their digital marketing strategy. Your experience will ideally have come from a commercially orientated customer centric environment such as leisure, retail or hospitality where your insights and actions have directly influenced customer's behaviors and improved the bottom line.
Whilst this role is officially Midlands based, there will be some travel around the country to their respective regions so a flexible approach to work is required.
