Corporate Sales Manager - Central London up to 40k
A rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate sales manager to join an iconic brand in the fitness industry who specialise in the provision of outdoor fitness training boot camps. The business has recently been acquired by a well-established private equity firm who are actively restructuring and repositioning the business whilst objecting significant investment and expertise to drive both growth and profit. There are exciting plans to significantly develop their training division and grow their corporate market share before taking the brand overseas making this a fantastic opportunity for a career focused Corporate sales manager to make their mark in a business currently employing 30 full time staff and 350-part time workers.
The role of Corporate Sales manager is standalone and pivotal, you will have full accountability and responsibility for all aspects of corporate sales. Initially the role will involve:
Building the corporate business as a whole.
Generating new business leads.
Manage existing accounts.
Researching the local market.
Attending meetings with decision makers.
Work towards KPI's.
We are keen to talk to candidates who have experience within the health and fitness or commercial leisure sectors who want to step up into a standalone Corporate sales managers position. with a strong generalist B2B sales background, you will have experience of delivering KPI's within a fast-paced customer focused environment. Managing workloads and prioritising will be key and excellent communication skills will also be important.
In addition to a competitive basic salary of up to 40k, benefits include 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays and private medical insurance. The role will also include an attractive commission scheme.
