Contract Manager- Durham -£35,000-£40,000 + bonus +benefits
Our client is a recognised and reputable leisure operator with a diverse range of sports and leisure facilities Nationwide. They are now looking for seasoned leisure management professional in Durham to assume responsibility for several newly refurbished sports, fitness and leisure centres as Contract Manager.
Key to your success will be your ability to lead, coach, develop and drive your team of General Managers to achieve great things day to day with equal focus on commercial, operational, product and service delivery. You will also forge a strong partnership with the council, community organisations and governing bodies to ensure the local community as a whole benefits from the sports and leisure services you provide.
To be considered, you will already be working in the health, fitness and recreational arena as a Centre Manager, General Manager, Club Manager, Facilities Manager or Contract Manager with exposure to managing diverse leisure facilities including wet side operations. Experience of delivering community strategy and working with multiple stakeholders would also be a distinct advantage.
The remuneration includes a competitive basic salary, annual bonus, contributory pension and healthcare plus the opportunity to grow and develop within the business.
