Contract Manager required in Hampshire to look after 7 leisure centres and sports facilities with a combined turnover of £6m.
Key to the Contract Manager's success will be the ability to lead, coach, develop and drive the team of General Managers to achieve great things day to day with equal focus on commercial, operational, product and service delivery. The post holder will also forge a strong partnership with the council, community organisations and governing bodies to ensure the local community as a whole benefits from the sports and leisure services you provide.
To be considered, you will already be working in the health, fitness and recreational arena either as an experienced General Manager, Contract Manager or Area Manager managing a multi-million, multi-faceted business. Experience of delivering community strategy and working with multiple stakeholders would also be a distinct advantage.
The remuneration includes a competitive basic salary depending on experience, contributory pension up to 6% plus the opportunity to grow and develop within the business.
