Business Development Manager
Birmingham (and surrounding areas)
Up to 45k basic + Car Allowance + Bonus
I am looking for a Business Development Manager to work for a leading fitness industry supplier covering a territory around the Midlands including Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester and up to Stoke and across to Telford. We are keen to talk to candidates currently working within the fitness industry in either a regional capacity or within a similar field sales role who ideally have significant B2B sales experience.
You will tasked with influencing key decision makers with the leisure management, trust, franchise and leisure club markets to sign up to a range of added value products and solutions for their clubs using a consultative and solutions based approach to new business development and key account management:
- To sell an added value service market leading proposition with a minimum target of 50 client meetings per month
- To ensure the monthly, quarterly & annual targets for the region are achieved and exceeded through both retention and new business
- To deliver educational seminars and webinars to large groups of fitness professionals from all levels of the fitness industry.
- To work closely with the regional sales director and head office teams to optimize the profitability of your region
Interested candidates will need to have excellent written and interpersonal skills and be able to fully articulate the range of products and their benefits in presenting and providing solutions. A genuine interest and passion for the health and fitness industry is essential.
