£25-30k Basic + 20% Bonus + Share Options
My client are one of the leading start ups in the staffing app world. They are currently growing 1000% year on year and are looking to bring on more exceptional Business Development Managers in London. The company itself specialise in providing temporary staff to a broad range of sectors within the hospitality industry, from bars, restaurants and pubs, to 5 * hotels, boutique hotels and events across the UK.
I am looking to speak to candidates who have worked in recruitment, specifically specialising in hospitality recruitment. The role will include managing the accounts won by the senior sales team, as well as developing these to increase revnue for the company.
You will need to be outgoing, pforessional, presentable, personable and most of all, have the drive and ambition to succeed in ultimately what is a sales based role, talking to decision makers at all levels. You will need to influence, negotiate and be flexible in your approach.
