Job Description

We're currently hiring for a highly exclusive 6* Day Spa in Chelsea and we're seeking the highest calibre Spa Therapists to join the Spa on a Full Time basis.

The Spa has been long regarded as 'London best kept secret' and it certainly lives up to the expectation. We provide guests an unrivalled experience in a discrete and uber-luxurious environment seamlessly combining world-class customer service with authentic result centric Holistic Spa treatments. Our Spa team quoted by the press as 'The highest trained Therapists in the world' and it's partially thanks to the extensive In - House training that we provide for each Spa Therapist that walks through our door. Our training program covers all our Spa Treatment standards as well as an education in 6* Customer Service; a must for any career driven Spa Therapist seeking their next level of development. The ideal candidate will join a highly professional, supportive and hardworking team - our culture is founded on professional development and seeking to continually raise the bar in terms of standards and service. The Spa is one pillar within the overall brand message, we also create our own line of Spa products that regularly feature in the press and continue to attract the highest acclaim from Beauty Editors and Bloggers alike. We provide all the prestige of working for a Luxury brand, whilst maintaining our independence - meaning we can develop our people based on their strengths and adapt with the changing needs of our business.

The Spa Therapist role predominately involves performing our exclusive range of 6* Holistic Treatments to the most discerning of Spa guests. Experience of providing after care and working towards Retail targets is also a requirement for the role. The ideal candidate for this should ideally have 2-3 years experience as a Spa Therapist preferably within a 5* environment. A CIDESCO/CIBTAC or BTEC qualification would be desirable but not essential, we will review NVQ Level 3 candidates on merit of their career history to date. The role also requires some flexibility in terms of working hours as our operating hours cover weekends and late evenings, covering a 45-hour working week. Within the scope of the Spa Therapist role there is an expectation to support our Reservations desk as required and therefore general IT skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

My client provides a competitive salary - including commission on Retail sales, statutory holiday entitlement and full Uniform is provided and laundered on site. If you desire the opportunity to work alongside a world-class team, within a super exclusive Spa environment working to unrivalled operating standards then please apply immediately.
