Vice President of Human Resources - Hotels

Applications are invited from leading, Hotel Group HR Achievers. The Vice-President of Human Resources is a member of the Executive Team and is accountable for the overall effectiveness of the Human Resources division. This includes setting the vision for the portfolio of Hotels, developing key objectives, and monitoring performance for the talented Human Resource team. This is a core leadership role with a strong focus on employee engagement, succession planning, recruitment, training and development, diversity,inclusion, and team relations. As a member of the leadership team, this position engages and contributes to overall strategic discussions for the region and Hotel portfolio. This role will suit a un to date, progressive and inspirational HR Executive who can lead and inspire the company to brilliance.

Requriements:

• Solid Experience as a VP of HR in a leading Hotel company
• Right to work status in Europe
• University Degree and HR Specialisation
• An excellent salary package is offered.
