Swimming Development Manager - Alton Hampshire GU34

Circa £25,000 depending on experience + teaching

(Based on working 40 hours week with 10-hours of teaching included)

We are looking for a Swimming Development Manager to coordinate the pool timetable and develop the swim school of around 1300 learners and 16 teachers, school bookings and 1-1 tuition in a fantastic Sports, Fitness and Swimming Centre in Alton, Hampshire. Working for a leading Leisure Management brand, this is a fantastic environment to learn, develop, progress and have some fun along the way in this very supportive and inclusive environment!

To apply you will have a working knowledge of the ASA learn to swim pathway as a Swimming Instructor/teacher and have previous team leadership experience, ideally as a Swimming Development Manager, Swim-Co-ordinator, Swim Manager, Aquatics Manager or Activities Manager, but other coaching and leadership management experience will be considered.

There is some flexibility around the hours worked as long as the post holder has some presence during peak swimming lesson times.
