Applications are invited for the role of Spa Manager. This role will suit a Spa Manager with experience from the finest luxury Hotels, hosting the most discerning clientele, HNW guests and celebrities.

The main duties and responsibilities of the role are:

• Seamless, efficient and superior service to the most discerning Guests
• The leadership, management and development of the talented Spa team
• Spa product house treatment training
• Spa Operations management.
• Maintaining and enhancing superior service standards
• Driving revenues

Requirements

• London experience
• Luxury Hotel Spa Management background
• Experience in superior Spa service
• Have the ability to manage a luxury environment with a focus on discerning guest experience
• An ability to lead and inspire a talented team of Therapists and Reception staff
• Excellent level of English
