Senior Sales Consultant up to 25K basic 30K OTE

We are looking for a senior sales consultant to head up the membership sales team working for a well-established and successful family focused health and fitness club in Chertsey, Surrey.

Responsibilities include:

• Meeting activity, appointment and sales targets.
• Lead generation, outreach and generating awareness locally.
• Converting both digital and incoming leads, managing in reach and referral campaigns.
• Training and coaching colleagues in the sales process.
• Play a key role in initiating and delivering retention strategies with the senior team.

Offering a competitive basic salary of up to 25K depending on experience with a realistic OTE of a further 5k with monthly paid commission and free gym membership.
