Sales Manager - Presale Health and Fitness

Leicester up to 28K Basic + 8K OTE

A very exciting opportunity for a sales manager to take responsibility for a pre-sale for a flagship health and fitness development in Leicester for what will be one of the largest and best value leisure facilities in the region.

Previous health and fitness sales management or senior sales experience is strongly desirable who will:

• Thrive in a club that will have high volume monthly sales targets,
• Lead by example and from the front in driving a proactive outreach strategy within the local area
• Coach and lead their team to hit both headcount and joining fee targets.
• Work a combination of shifts including evenings and weekends

In addition to a competitive basic salary, there is monthly paid commission in addition to quarterly bonuses for hitting pre-sale and launch targets. There are exceptional opportunities for career progression with this market leading leisure operator.
