Sales Manager - Premium Sports & Fitness - Macclesfield area, Cheshire

Up to £35,000 basic, £40,000+ OTE Uncapped.

We are looking for a highly energizing, ambitious and results driven personality to take on the Sales Manager post for one of the finest Premium Private Members Lifestyle clubs in the Northwest, offering superb health, fitness and sports facilities for all the family.

With more investment planned in 2023 it will be a truly special place to work. The role:

• Recruit, coach, motivate and develop a small team of sales consultants to achieve their new member sales targets.

• Lead by example and contribute towards the overall sales target for the club.

• Create sales plans and deliver outreach activity in the local area.

• Work with the different departments to gain referrals through in-reach events.

• Analyse and interpret data from the prospect database and implement strategy to improve the overall sales process.

• As a senior manager, support all departments to ensure members have a fantastic customer experience.

The person.

• An outgoing professional disposition with energy and drive in abundance.

• A can-do attitude who will lead by example.

• Ideally sales experience within a premium membership environment such as fitness, golf or tennis or another high value leisure or hospitality environment.

• Sales team supervisory experience probably as a Sales Manager, Club Manager, Store Manager, Branch Manager, Business Development Manager or commercial manager.

• A demonstrable passion for health and fitness.

• Can reliably commute to the Macclesfield area daily.

• Flexible to work a mixture of shifts from a 9am start to a 9pm finish including some weekends.
