Sales Manager

Basingstoke

Up to £23k + commission

I am currently recruiting for a sales manager to work for a brand new leisure operator based in Basingstoke. The sales and membership role is ideally suited for a service driven Sales & Membership consultant to lead the sales and someone who has a successful track record in sales focused on over achievement of targets.

The role will involve the preparation and presentation of annual and quarterly sales plans, where you will need to be able to exhibit strong commercial acumen and a creative approach to achieving objectives. You will need to have energy, enthusiasm, attitude and drive for performance and success!

As a member of the sales team, you will support the General Manager with the operational requirements of the business and ensure a culture of high performance and performance management. You will also act as senior manager on shift and conduct opening and closing procedures as required.

Key skills and attributes for the ideal candidate is to be exceptionally commercially minded. I am looking for someone that is highly motivated and who demonstrates inspirational leadership. The ideal candidate needs to be someone with ambition and the ability to work unsupervised and from own initiative.
