Sales Manager - Leading Health and Fitness Club

Southampton 28K basic 38K OTE

My client is currently looking for an experienced sales manager in Southampton to lead and mentor a team of sales consultants to meet and exceed new member sales targets each month. The club is performing exceptionally well and offers the incoming sales manager a highly competitive basic salary and the genuine opportunity to earn significant monthly and quarterly commission and bonuses of up to 10k per annum.

• You'll be working to daily KPI's in a structured and heavily branded environment.
• Requiring strong sales training, coaching and mentoring skills.
• Personally contributing sales to the monthly targets, conducting tours and lead generation.
• Managing local corporate partnerships and marketing initiatives
• Carrying out duty management shifts across the whole club

The ideal candidate will be working within the health and fitness industry as either a Club manager or potentially a cluster or regional sales manager
