Sales Manager - up to 26K basic 30K OTE Bexley, Kent

We are looking for a Sales Manager to work in Bexley at one of the largets and most successful leisure centres in Kent. With a memebership base in excess of 5000 this is a high profile appointment within the business and offers the successful candidate not only an excellent opportunity to earn full bonus but also a fantastic platform for further career development within the company.

The role:

• Working as sales manager and signing up new members to the centre.
• Manafing and coaching a large team of full and part time membership advisors
• Lead generation, marketing and promotion within the local area.
• Work with other departments on the in-reach and referral strategy.

The person.

• Previous senior sales or sales management experience
• Evidence of high performance in previous sales roles.
