Sales Manager - Leading Golf and Country Club

Dartford 31K basic OTE 40K

I am looking for a sales manager to work for a prestigious golf and country club near Dartford. Responsibilities include:

• To meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets across golf, leisure and events
• To proactively promote and generate new leads and sales in the local corporate and golfing circles
• Provide on the ground support for sales advisors as they generate leads and close sales
• To be hands in in contributing sales to the monthly targets
• Work closely with the central marketing team to effectively deliver campaigns and promotions
• To work closely with the GM and HODs to deliver an exceptional member experience

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:

• A strong sales background in both generating sales and getting results through the team
• Well-developed coaching and leadership qualities
• A willingness to work shifts including some weekends and bank

• An interest in golf is beneficial but not essential
