Sales Executive

25k Basic Salary 37K OTE.

My client is one of the fastest growing companies in the health and fitness industry. After a fantastic year of growth they have seen their business double almost 110%. Due to even more growth in the team we are now on the search for a strong sales executive to join their business. This growing brand is one of the most exciting in the market, they have a unique product that is becoming more and more popular with gym users every day.

This position will pay up to 25k as a basic salary plus 1k a month available in bonuses if targets are delivered. The training and development supplied in this role is extensive and the position includes a free gym membership along with the best holiday allowance scheme you could wish for.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering monthly sales targets

• Generating new business leads through market research

• Pitch to potential new business partners over the phone

• Negotiate and close deals with decision makers

• Manage your own sales pipeline and complete reports to review this.

Successful candidates will have a passion for health and fitness and have a minimum of 1 years' experience in sales. Individuals will need to be highly motivated towards achieving financial rewards and have the ability to work in a fast placed environment. B2B sales experience is not essential however this could prove to be very beneficial.
