Sales and Marketing Manager up to 40K +10K OTE

We are looking for a hands on sales and marketing manager to work in Grays, Essex You will be responsible for:

• creating and delivering the marketing strategy across digital and print.
• content creation, copyrighting and planning rolling campaigns
• monitoring ROI and sharing best practice
• generating appointments, presenting packages B2B to groups and clubs.
• Working to KPIs and revenue targets

Interested candidates will need:

• 3 years + experience working within a similar hands on sales and marketing management role
• Significant digital experience
• Background in hospitality, retail ,visitor attractions or commercial leisure preferred..

In addition to a competitive basic package of up to 40K there is an opportunity to earn a further 10K in performance related bonuses.
