My client is a beautiful 4 star property in the heart iof Hertfordshire. With a dream to become a 5* property, twinned with their 2AA Rosette restaurant and fabulous golf course, they are in a prime position for growth in the coming years.

The property has a huge focus on Weddings, Conferences, Events and Banquetes, and the owners are now ready to take this beautiful property to the next level.

I am looking to talk to experienced Sales and Marketing Managers from High End Hotels, who have demonstrable experience of growing revenue through Events, with a huge focus on upselling.

You will need be tenacious, hard working, motivated and most of all a self starter. You will manage a team of 6 sales exectuvies, and also look after the Front Office Manager and their team also.

With a passion to grow their business, my client is willing to offer an exceptional basic salary, and an outstanding bonus package.

Due to the location of this role, it is essential that you have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
