Revenue Manager - OTE £50K+
I am looking for a revenue manager to work for a leading 5* hotel property in the London area.
We are keen to hear from candidates who have a proven and successful track record in revenue management, ideally working within a premium hotel property but we will also consider applications from Revenue Managers who are working within a number of different markets including travel and car hire where detailed analysis and market intelligence delivers dynamic pricing, optimal occupancy and yield management in maximising revenue.
You will be working very closely with the Hotel GM and the Director of Sales in delivering the revenue strategy across all room types and ensuring the commercial performance is achieved, designing action plans as appropriate to deliver RevPAR targets. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve maximum levels of direct and repeat bookings and reduce the number of bookings coming through OTA's and intermediaries.
You will need to have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role and most importantly a proven track record of success in revenue management. You must have a high level of proficiency using Excel and internal IT systems along with first class communication and written skills,
