Our client is a growing provider of swimming tuition who have an outstanding reputation for innovation, outstanding customer experience and providing a clear structured pathway for professional development to team members.

The Swimming Development Manager is responsible for driving the quality and consistency of tuition across their centres and will support in the development and research into programme development for early years swimming.

The benefits package includes a competitive basic salary depending on experience, annual bonus, all travel and expenses paid for (apart from your days spent at Head Office), 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, extra holiday between Christmas and New Year, your birthday off, stake holder pension and regular social events including team nights out.   • Are highly organised, have good time management and computer literacy skills

  • Have a U.K. driving licence and access to a vehicle.

  • Are able to commute to Devon twice a week, are comfortable with remote working and prepared to travel further afield for site visits.
