Regional Sales Manager London up to 38K +10K bonus

I am looking for a regional sales manager to work for one of the most successful operators in boutique health and fitness. I am keen to talk to candidates who have a proven track record driving sales in the health and fitness industry with a genuine and passion for group exercise. You will need to be strong and confident in driving, coaching and training a large team of general managers and front line staff in terms of techniques, lead generation and targeted outreach. This is a young company which is growing at pace and as such you will be working closely with the owners and the board requiring presence, confidence and first class communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

• To manage the studio managers re sales activity, refining KPI's,

• Look to improve conversions from online enquiries

• Using the CRM to ensure rebooking

• Looking at corporate opportunities in specific studios

• Work on driving local outreach activity targeting millennials.

• look to improve the upsell/processes.

• Work on pre-sale strategy for new openings

• Look at optimisation of the timetable and programming
