Regional Manager- Swimming - Circa £35,000+bonus+travel+benefits - Greater London

Our client is the leading swim school and swimming lesson provider in Greater London and are now looking to add to their senior team by employing a Regional Manager to manage a number of venues across London and the home counties.

The Regional Manager will be responsible for the operational and commercial performance of all the venues in their region incorporating; team leadership, recruitment and training; maximizing business performance by increasing participation and creating cost efficiencies; delivering a great customer experience and clear progression of students, managing health and safety of venues; and forging strong partnerships with all partners and stake holders.

To be considered for this post, you will already be an expert in delivering commercial swim programmes either as an Area Manager, General Manager, Centre Manager, Club Manager or Swimming Development Manager and have a working understanding of how to increase numbers, improve financial performance, lead high performing teams and the health and safety implications of running such venues and programmes.

The package includes a competitive basic salary dependent of experience, bonus based on financial performance, 28 days holiday, all your travel expenses included and contributory pension scheme
