Regional Manager Midlands and the North up to 45K + car

I am looking for an experienced regional manager with strong background in commercial leisure, health and fitness or family entertainment to take on an exciting regional management position with a well-established and market leading company in commercial leisure. You will be responsible for up to 12 centres in the Midlands and North of England with a combined turnover of £18m.

Your role will be to ensure that your centres deliver the targeted EBITBA through the delivery of exceptional customer service and optimising yield management and occupancy in each retail business whilst managing costs tightly. With a huge focus on compliance and operational excellence you will need an acute eye for detail and the ability to influence and inspire whilst working remotely and ensure that each team meets and exceeds its daily KPI's. You will work very closely with the central marketing team to deliver compelling marketing and promotional campaign and to ensure that the closing ratios from incoming leads and enquiries are converted effectively.
