Recruitment Consultant - Battersea - Up to £30k basic + £10k OTE (Uncapped) + Excellent Benefits

We are a team of specialist recruiters for the hospitality industry, and due to our success in winning a nuber of very large contracts, we are now looking to bring on another recruiter to hit the ground running. The role will mainly be account management, with a desk full of live roles across the UK.

We are working on 10 new site openings and conducting the recruitment for the whole site, sourcing roles from Kitchen Porters right up to General Managers across the UK. The Majority of the role will be working on Chef recruitment, across.all levels, and will require fast paced work and at high volume.

THe ideal background we are looking for is either a current perm recruiter who has experience in billing big numbers, and mainly working with chefs, or a temp recruiter who is used to working at pace, looking to turn their arm to perm recruitment. Alternatively, you will be an experienced chef having worked in a number of kitchens with a variety of cuisines who is comfortable working on the phone and on a PC, all day, every day!
