Operations Manager - Commercial Leisure - Buckinghamshire

Up to £29k + 20% bonus £34k OTE

My client are a leading family entertainment centre in the industry, with 2 strong trading years behind them, they are looking for a health and saftey minded Operations Manager to manage all health and safety aspects of the site. Working with a team of over 70 front line staff, you will need to have strong experience in managing lifeguards, customer service and sales teams ideally, with a huge focus on everything health and safety.

With all multi purpose sites, you will need to be on top of due dilligence and paperwork for all aspects of the site to ensure the health and safety of all staff and customers on site.

You will need to be a bubbly, enthusiastic and engaging manager who has a passion for operations and in particular Health and Safety.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to work evenings and weekends.
