Office Sales Manager - Sports Coaching Tuition -London NW10
£40,000 to £50,000 basic + bonus
London
We are looking for an Office Sales Manager/ Call Centre Manager to lead the telesales and service teams for an award-winning provider of private swimming tuition who are growing in a very buoyant market.
More on the role:
To lead, coach and motivate a small team of tele-sales and retention advisors.
Set and manage KPI's for the team to achieve monthly revenue targets.
Lead by example on generating and converting new customer leads (60% of role)
Analyse and develop company sales processes to improve business performance.
Evaluate and enhance their customer referral programme.
Work with I.T. and Marketing on PR and marketing initiatives, data analysis and reports.
Support Operational Swimming Managers with sales and commercial learning programmes.
Typically working Monday to Friday and one in three Saturday mornings.
Background we are looking for:
Outstanding telephone manner with strong rapport building skills.
Self-motivated, target driven, organized and good time management.
Experience in analysing, interpreting and acting on CRM/sales data.
Proven track record in a remote/office-based sales team management role with inbound and outbound calls.
You may have worked as a Telesales Manager, Contact Centre Manager, Call Centre Manager, Office Sales Manager or National Sales Manager within a similar customer centric industry such as education, sports coaching, travel or health and fitness.
Live commutable to NW London as this is an office-based role at least 4 days a week.
An interest in swimming or knowledge of swimming lessons is desirable but not essential.
