National Health & Fitness Manager - Remote/Nationwide

We are looking for a National Health and Fitness for one of the leading health, fitness and leisure operators with over 75 sites Nationwide.

​

The post holder will bring to life innovative products and services to the business to promote growth of the membership, develop and embed an industry leading retention strategy, create and develop brand standards within the product remit and ensure the operational procedures are consistent across all sites with robust methodology and auditing. You will also assist with the mobilisation of site acquisitions as and when required.

Background we are looking for

• Experience of developing and implementing health and fitness programme strategies at Regional or Group level to improve the product offering, customer experience, aid retention and grow the bottom line.

• Operational delivery support experience.

• Experience in working in partnership with multiple internal stake holders, partners and suppliers at senior level.

• Hold a valid U.K. drivers licence and prepared to travel to sites nationwide.
