Membership Sales Consultant - Melton Mowbray Up to 17K basic with 3K OTE

• I am currently recruiting for a membership consultant to work for an award winning health and fitness provider in Melton Mowbray. You will be responsible for selling memberships through achieving daily target involving a high level of outbound sales calls, generating awareness and leads in the local area and working with local businesses, schools and residents to promote the benefits of both fitness and swim memberships.
• The role is ideally suited to someone who is seriously passionate about fitness; who is confident with both telephone and face to face sales techniques and who thrive in a target driven environment. You will l need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, strong on database management and someone who will work within sales team of 3.
• We are ideally looking for a minimum of 18 months experience working in sales, hospitality or front of house, ou will be working a shift pattern throughout the week and on average 1 weekend in 2.
  
  In addition to a competitive basic salary of up to 17K there is the opportunity for monthly commission which should see the successful candidate earn 20K per annum.
